64 oz. Tomato Juice Cocktail
1/4 cup Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce for Angry Mary/Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce for Smoky Mary
(more or less to taste)
8 oz. premium vodka
Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher, pour into glass filled with ice, and garnish with a celery stalk. Enjoy!!
2 Lbs. Jumbo Shrimp (10-12)
2 TBSP. Melted Butter
2 TBSP. Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce
Metal or Bamboo skewers (if using Bamboo soak in water 2 hours before use)
Preheat grill to medium temperature. Peel and devein shrimp. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Combine butter and Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce. Brush over shrimp. Place shrimp on grill. Cooking 3-4 minutes per side (shrimp will pink when done). Just prior to removing shrimp from grill, brush one more time with the Angry Irishman® chipotle butter. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
2 ripe avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Kosher Salt to taste
1 tsp. Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce or Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce
Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, cilantro and salt. Season lime juice, salt, and Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce or Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors. Enjoy!!
2 pieces of your favorite bread
3 slices of your favorite cheese (we used Colby)
2 tsp. either Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce or Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce (YUMMY!)
Heat skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each piece of bread. Lay one piece of bread (butter side down) into hot skillet. Spread Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce or Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce onto face of bread. Lay on cheese. Cover with remaining piece of bread (butter side out). Toast until golden brown. Carefully flip your sandwich and toast remaining side to golden brown as well. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
6 Big Shell On Oysters
3 Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped)
1 TBSP Chopped Parsley Leaves
2 TSBP Salted Butter (melted)
1-2 tsp of either Angry Irishman® Hot Sauce or Angry Irishman® Chipotle Sauce
Lemon Wedges (optional)
1) Shuck the oysters and set aside
2) In small bowl, combine the garlic, the parsley, the butter, and the Angry Irishman® and distribute evenly on all the oysters.
3) Grill on outdoor grill for about 5-8 minutes until oysters are cooked. Serve immediately. Add a squirt of lemon juice before eating. Enjoy!!
